Position: Assistant Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform good patient care and place patient’s health at your first priority
  • Assist therapists in performing basic Bioresonance Therapy
  • Perform general housekeeping of therapy rooms and equipment
  • Provide holistic health advice to patients
  • Continuous upgrade of knowledge on health related issue
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Operation & Training Manager and Centre Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Diet & Nutrition / Health & Wellness / TCM / Nursing / Psychology or any health related fields
  • Demonstrates good communications and people engagement skills, preferably the use of local languages and dialects
  • High standards of patient care, honesty and integrity
  • Good observation and organization ability
  • Positive work attitude
  • Experience preferred otherwise training will be provided
  • 4 working days a week. Willing to work on Saturday. Off on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage

Position: Front Desk Executive (Position filled)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to front desk, manage patients registration, appointments, walk-ins and phone calls
  • Manage cash, NETS and credit card payment and daily closing
  • Maintain good record and balance of office stationery, supplements and other inventory

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Able to handle Chinese speaking patients
  • Proficient with MS Office application
  • High standards of patient care, honesty and integrity
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cheerful and energetic
  • 4 working days a week. Willing to work on Saturday. Off on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
