1. Assistant Therapist

Who This Role Is For

This role is designed for motivated and grounded practitioners who are aligned with natural and alternative therapy, and are looking to grow under structured mentorship.

This is not a passive support role. You will be trained to uphold strict standards, client care protocols and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Support senior therapists during client sessions

• Prepare therapy rooms and ensure hygiene and safety compliance

• Assist with in-case documentation and client progress tracking

• Educate clients on aftercare protocols

• Maintain equipment and therapy tools

• Uphold brand standards and client confidentiality

Requirements

• Background in healthcare, wellness, physiotherapy, nursing, TCM, or related field preferred

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Calm, emotionally regulated presence

• Willingness to learn structured methods (not freestyle practice)

• Team-oriented and accountable

2. Experienced Therapist

Who This Role Is For

This position is for practitioners with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in natural or alternative therapy who are ready to operate independently while aligning with The AIM Therapy’s methodology and standards.

You must be confident, but also coachable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full therapy sessions independently

• Assess client conditions and recommend structured treatment plans

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Deliver consistent client outcomes and follow-ups

• Contribute to protocol refinement and internal training

• Support junior team members when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience

• Strong technical proficiency in your therapy modality

• Professional certifications (where applicable)

• Clear communication and ethical practice standards

• Strong client retention ability
